Join us in May as we highlight the cultural traditions of Oakland & Atlanta with full day of homeschool programming to learn more about the history of Atlanta and the rich tapestry of cultures that are represented across the city.
From an interactive symbolism tour highlighting the range of cultural expression at Oakland cemetery and story-telling activity focused on historic Atlanta neighborhoods to a cultural preservation workshop with Oakland's Preservation team and a folk music seminar with local Atlanta musicians, homeschool students will learn through a variety of interactive educational activities.
