Historic Oakland Foundation reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event, tour, or program hosted or presented by the Historic Oakland Foundation without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video.

Historic Oakland Foundation may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Historic Oakland Foundation, including but not limited to websites, social media, e-communications, brochures, invitations, posters, flyers, books, and newspapers.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

A person attending a Historic Oakland Foundation event who does not wish to have their recorded or photographed image used or distributed, or have their image recorded or photographed, should notify the photographer, Historic Oakland Foundation staff, and/or by contacting Historic Oakland Foundation at 254 George St. SE, Atlanta GA, 30312, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. Historic Oakland Foundation will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Historic Oakland Foundation event or by failing to notify Historic Oakland Foundation, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Historic Oakland Foundation, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Historic Oakland Foundation from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Historic Oakland Foundation may not use, copy, alter, or modify Historic Oakland Foundation photographs, graphics, video, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from the Historic Oakland Foundation.
