From 1936 into the 1970s the cemetery falls into disrepair.
On April 18, 19, 20 & 21, Oakland Cemetery’s gates will close to the public at 6 p.m. as we prepare for our Illumine event. During the event, only ticketholders will be allowed into the Cemetery. Tickets will be for sale at the gate.
