I-75 & I-85 North & South -
Follow signs to I-20 East. Take Exit 59A to Boulevard. Turn left, head north on Boulevard through two intersections, then turn left onto Memorial Drive. Follow Memorial Drive to Oakland Avenue, turn right, and the entrance to Oakland Cemetery is through the gates ahead about 300 feet on the right.

I-20 East & West -
Take Exit 59A to Boulevard (if heading eastbound turn left off ramp across I-20 at the second traffic light; if westbound turn right at the first traffic light). Proceed north on Boulevard, then turn left onto Memorial Drive.  Follow Memorial Drive to Oakland Avenue, turn right, and the entrance to Oakland Cemetery is through the gates ahead about 300 feet on the right.

MARTA -
Take MARTA East line to King Memorial Station. Exit the station and walk south on Grant Street. Turn left at stop sign onto MLK Drive. You will be facing Oakland's front gates.

Parking - Since Oakland was established in 1850, before the automobile, parking inside the cemetery is limited. There is street parking and a parking lot outside our front gate. Parking is available inside but please pull your vehicle off to the right side of any asphalt paved road, allowing room for other vehicles to pass. Please do not drive or park on any brick or graveled roads, on the walkways or grass.
